Launch endori vegan chicken

Plot twist – a line extension that became a brand relaunch.

Originally conceived as a strategic and innovative extension of the existing endori range, the package design we developed for the vegan chicken segment was the impetus for a comprehensive relaunch of the endori brand. The packaging design of the line extension was intended to visually express the strategic repositioning of the brand. The market research results were so good that we were able to apply this concept directly to the entire endori product range as a brand relaunch.

Speed to market was our motto in working with the client. Only six months from the initial basic market research to the finished packaging on the shelf.

That means the line extension was, in fact, only the first successful stage of an overall brand relaunch working closely with the client.

The result is a joy to behold.

What we did for endori:

  • Brand identity

    Development of a new segment appearance as an evolutionary brand relaunch in the context of a realignment of the brand positioning.
  • Package design

    Revision of the product range structure and transfer of the master design to the entire range of 30 products.
  • Photo concept

    Development of a photo concept for the product images and art direction and implementation of the concept for all varieties with a food stylist and a food photographer.
  • Print materials

    Creation of comprehensive designs, size adaptations and print templates.
  • Print approvals

    On-site print approval of first print runs and release of print runs to manage the technical print quality.
